How to Fix a Code 28 Error

Any of Microsoft’s operating systems could experience a Code 28 Device Manager error, including Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, and more. These directions apply to all of those Windows versions.

1. Restart your computer if you haven’t done so already.
